Rachael

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), ADHD coach. 

Fee - £100 per session for ADHD informed CBT therapy (in person/online)
Fee - £100 per session for ADHD informed coaching (in person/online)

With over 15 years experience of working within mental health settings. Rachael has a special interest in ADHD and completed extensive specialist additional training, alongside her clinical work.

Sam

 

 

Sam started her ADHD support journey as the founder of 'Clutter No More' but this has now evolved into 'Adapt ADHD'. Sam has lived experience of ADHD, has worked in operational management for many years. Sam is passionate about offering ADHD informed support for young people through mentoring and coaching both in Gloucestershire schools and online. 
 

Lianne

Positive Psychology Accredited coach (EMCC) - 
for young people/adults

Fee - £85 per online session

Adapt ADHD offers personalised coaching for students, parents and adults. Our certified Positive Psychology Coach (PPC) is an experienced global educator, with a wealth of experience leading SEND within schools. Lianne is an Accredited Coach Practitioner with the eminent European Mentor Coaching Council (EMCC). She has extensive experience of empowering individuals to care for their own wellbeing through positive psychology science and interventions.
