Adapt ADHD offers personalised CBT therapy with our experienced therapist. Rachael works with many different psychological difficulties including PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder and depression. However Rachael has a special interest in offering CBT for ADHD. She is currently working with people and has completed various additional training to maintain evidence based practice.

Sam started her ADHD support journey as the founder of 'Clutter No More' but this has now evolved into 'Adapt ADHD'. Sam has lived experience of ADHD, has worked in operational management for many years. Sam is passionate about offering support for ADHD for adults and young people, she is completing a mentoring course to further compliment her existing skills.
Adapt ADHD offers personalised coaching for students, parents and adults. Our certified wellbeing coach (PPC) is an experienced global educator (with a wealth of experience leading SEND within schools) and is a European Mentor Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited Coach Practitioner. She has extensive experience of empowering individuals to care for their own wellbeing through positive psychology science and interventions.
Impulsivity and organisation/planning are core difficulties of ADHD that can continue to be a problem for some despite medication intervention.

You can access as much as you like over this period, you can either print or download apps such as 'Goodnotes' to enable active editing.
