Our team consists of highly qualified professionals. With over 30 years of combined experience, we have the expertise to provide comprehensive, gold standard services to our clients.
We offer individual (1:1) CBT/coaching, bespoke training for organisations/education settings and we are developing one off workshops that can be accessed online. See below for more information.
For individual work, we offer a free initial 15 minute call to anyone interested in finding out more. During this call we can briefly discuss what brought you to us, we can give you some information about our service and you can ask any questions.
Rachael
BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), EMDR.
Fee - £100 for an assessment session and £100 for a treatment session OR following assessment you can opt to book a block of 4 treatment sessions in advance for £380.
Individual ADHD informed CBT therapy for aged 17+.
Rachael has over 15 years experience of working within mental health services, offering CBT focused therapy individually was most recently a clinical lead for an NHS Talking Therapies Service. Rachael has a special interest in ADHD informed CBT and has completed extensive specialist additional training, alongside her clinical work.

Youth Mentor and 'Body Doubling' specialist
Fee - £50 per session
Sam
Sam started her ADHD support journey as the founder of 'Clutter No More' but this has now evolved into 'Adapt ADHD'. Sam has lived experience of ADHD, has worked in operational management for many years. Sam is passionate about offering support for ADHD for young people, and is about to embark on an ADHD coaching course to further compliment her existing skills.
Lianne
Positive Psychology Accredited coach (EMCC) - young people/adults
Fee - £80 per online session
Adapt ADHD offers personalised coaching for students, parents and adults. Our certified Positive Psychology Coach (PPC) is an experienced global educator, with a wealth of experience leading SEND within schools. Lianne is an Accredited Coach Practitioner with the eminent European Mentor Coaching Council (EMCC). She has extensive experience of empowering individuals to care for their own wellbeing through positive psychology science and interventions.
Workbooks
Self help with support
Fee - £20 per workbook
The impulsivity or organisation/planning workbooks - for those who want a 'lighter touch' ADHD intervention, to work independently. It is a great place to start. Diagnosis not necessary.
You will receive:
Access to a PDF workbook based on CBT, optional weekly text message to keep you accountable.
For an additional fee, you can also opt for a 30 minute video call, once, twice or weekly to guide you through the interventions. Ask us about this when you sign up.
If you are an organisation and want to discuss us attending your establishment to offer ADHD awareness and strategy building training, please email us directly on support@adaptadhd.co.uk with your requirements so we can provide an individual quote.
