Our founders 
Sam, Rachael and Lianne

We are three professionals that have known each other for 20 years. We are all Gloucestershire based. We have all been fortunate enough to gain vast experience of working with people. Rachael has been working within the NHS for over 14 years as an NHS clinician and most recently a clinical lead for the Talking Therapies service. Lianne works with students within secondary education and Sam has worked in roles including community support and more recently in operational roles within private industry. 

We all have experience of living with or working with people with symptoms of ADHD this is what has sparked our desire to develop a service that is inclusive, supportive and able to provide good quality interventions to support you.  

As a team we ensure we work safely and professionally. We are fully insured, we have enhanced DBS checks, we maintain relevent accreditation with professional bodies. 

To maintain our skills, knowledge and professional accreditations, we continually keeping up to date with developments in ADHD non-pharmacological support/treatment. We believe, knowledge is power so will continue to update our knowledge and skills, plus our offer to ensure you access the best support available.

Sam

I am Sam. I offer 'Body Doubling' sessions and bespoke training sessions.
 

I have experience working as a personal organiser, body doubling, operations management and in roles within the local community. I am passionate about ensuring that individuals can experience the most helpful environments and support to live well with ADHD.   

I am keen to work with adults, students, parents, educators and companies to help enhance ADHD understanding and build resilience. I have lived experience of ADHD.

Rachael

I am Rachael. I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and EMDR trained therapist.

I hold a Post Graduate Dipoma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Kings College London (Institute of Psychiatry). 

I have worked within adult mental health almost 15 years, working in NHS trusts in Gloucestershire, central London and Somerset. 

In June 2024 i left my role as a Clinical Lead in Gloucestershire Talking Therapies Service to continue to develop Adapt ADHD and work as a CBT therapist privately.

I love working with people, I love learning and I am passionate about creating support and resources for people living with ADHD. 

In addition to my CBT and EMDR training, I maintain my professional standards and abide by the BABCP code of ethics. 

I have completed over 40 hours ADHD specific clinical training. I continue to engage in training on a regular basis.

Lianne

I am Lianne, I am an accredited coach (Postive Psychology). 


I have worked in secondary education in the UK and Dubai for over 15 years. I hold various post-graduate degrees, including a Masters in Positive Psychology. I am passionate about supporting people to understand ADHD and move towards their personal goals. 

I am keen to support adult/schools/teachers/parents and adolescence, to improve understanding and ways to support people managing ADHD.
